i'm jus wondering..
you gt knee pads to protect ur knees..
you know elbow pads to protect ur elbows..
you gt groin guard to protect ur groin...

BUT...
why there isnt smth called a hip pad or guard or smth tat serve a purpose to protect ur hips?
i gt countless scar at my hip bone area..
cause of my improper way of falling/gettin on to the floor..
okay..i know some of u ppl catch no balls..but vber shld know wad i meant..

i've done everything i could..
tuckin in my shirt and stuff..but still..i stil get injured..
i duno how already..someone pls tell me..
