trainin sucks hell lot today..
all because i din receive tat bloody ball...
we all hav to do physical training.
my bad..sorry guys..

so let me jus bring u tru wad we do today..
2sets of 30 V sit-ups..
wheel barrow...10times up down the vb court (FYI: total distance is 18m)..
den 100 squats..
which we fall/stop..den restart for zero..

its like..back to the sec1 days..when we kena tekan by our seniors..
brings back alot of memories..
i'm dyin..seriously..
