the process of makin a team is harder..
how u get ur ppl together..how u get them to come for trainins..
all lots of admin stuff to settle...
i tink tat is the most important part...'the starting'...
trainin is the 'process' and result is 'the ending'..

and i'm face this shit right now..
getting my batch ppl to play for Under-19...
hav to confirm who is playin and whose nt..
get them to come for trainins...
settle their jerseys..
tonnes of stuff to settle..
and thank God..most of them are settled alr..
now jus pray tat everyone goes for trainins..
